Although Vinales offers the best services and prices of private sector we experienced in Cuba (hundreds of rooms in private houses for rent) we kept returning to this Mirador restarurant for best prices, quality and view. |

of Wall of pre-history (Mural de la Prehistoria) actually seems
to be the best place where to start some half to whole day hiking in
Vinales. It is surrounded by the ridges of mogotes. |

On the hike #9 - referring to maps page,
called Del infierno al paraiso (From hell to paradise). Maybe the best
hike in Vinales as it goes by calm farmland without cars between ridges
of mogotes on both sides and even ascends up to Aquaticos ridge for
better views. We started at Campismo dos Hermanas near the Wall of Pre-history went up to Aquaticos range and returned same way to the car, about 5 hrs. |
